Enforcement of the Code of Ethics is a privilege and responsibility of each Board and Association as established in Article IV of the Bylaws of the National Association of REALTORS®.
Every Board and Association must designate a person or entity responsible for the administration of professional standards processes. People primarily responsible for the administration of professional standards processes must successfully complete training every four (4) years.
Note that this 7-hour live online course meets the objectives and criteria required by the National Association of REALTORS®.
